- 1 egg
- 1/2 water
- 1/4 dry milk powder
- 1/2 cup Splenda (or preferred sugar alternative)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ounces sugar-free milk chocolate bars
How to prepare:
First, grease a cookie sheet. Next, blend the first six ingredients on medium speed with a mixer for two minutes, then add flour and baking soda until well blended. Add in chocolate chips (or chunks if you prefer) and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes until a light golden brown.
